The two meet one day when young Kya runs away from her home life and into the yard of her eccentric neighbor, Mrs. E: a woman who just happens to specialize in escapes.
Together, the unlikely pair sort through complicated feelings while digging a hole large enough to swallow an entire town.

Synopsis:
